Fees

**TERM TIME ONLY**

Our hourly fee is £8.50ph; this is charged outside of funded hours.

Please ask about the charges for funded children ages 9 months, 2+ years & 3/4 year funding.

Our fees do not include any outings, celebrations or entertainment that is in addition to our usual session activities.

Fee's and food plan prices are reviewed every March - in line with national minimum wage increases and to combat rising costs

Food plan: £8.50 for 9-5 session

Or individually priced as:

Snack Am £1

Lunch- Hot meal and pudding: £5 

Tea £2.50 light tea.

 Early Start

We provide an earlier start of 8:30am session's a small charge of £4 applies each day that your child attends. this will be added to your monthly invoice, Please be aware these can only be on a Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday moring. 

Late ends

17:30 late ends can aslo be arranged but these session's can only be on a Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.

Funding

Free Early Education (FEE): The following information details how your child can access their free funding. The Free Early Years Education is offered as either 15 hours per week over 38 weeks = 570 hours per academic year or 30 hours per week over 38 weeks = 1140 hours per academic year. Please go to www.childcarechoices.gov.uk/ to see what funding you are able to claim. 

The funding can be divided between a maximum of two providers where availability exists. 

Parents are required to sign a Parent Declaration Form each Term to confirm how many sessions they are claiming for their children. (staff must have seen the child’s birth certificate prior to making a claim and the unique code for 30 hours) the manager will prepare all the necessary paperwork for claiming the funding.
